Training Delivery Manager

The base pay for this position generally is between $78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and identify new training needs
- Assess team performance and recommend solutions to address gaps and enhance results
- Oversee the rollout of training and leadership development programs, ensuring successful adoption
- Define objectives for all training initiatives and measure their effectiveness
- Provide coaching and development to employees during and after training sessions
- Coordinate resources, schedules and logistics for seamless training delivery
- Manage external resources to optimize quality and cost efficiency
- Stay current with learning strategies and facilitate training sessions as needed
Working Conditions
- Fast paced office environment
- Travel as required
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years training experience
- 3+ years management experience
- 2+ years project management experience
- Call Center experience
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Professional interaction with the public
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective under pressure with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, databases and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Advanced skills in evaluating training impact and knowledge of adult learning principles
- Skills in teambuilding, facilitation and presentation
