As a Talent Sourcing Partner II, you can expect to utilize your talent acquisition expertise to source professionals for multiple business channels while consistently generating passive candidate interest.

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 3+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment.
- 3+ years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
Skills
- Bilingual is a plus, not required.
