You accelerate company-wide growth through continuous order management efficiency improvements as part of the order-to-cash flow process. You serve as an empowering leader to teams and use solid organizational and prioritization abilities to ensure deadlines are met within budget. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How you can make a difference:
Drive order management activities for complex coaxial and fiber-based accounts by managing and motivating cross-functional teams to meet goals.
Monitor order assignments based on tasks, goals and time frame requirements.
Provide coaching on improvement areas and partner with Human Resources to develop staffing needs.
Establish deadlines using standard reports and metrics to monitor order status, volume and team performance.
Manage boundary partners to meet SLOs on time and develop action plans for instances outside of the SLOs.
Guide an efficient execution of service implementation within expected time frames.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Two or more years of leadership experience and Salesforce experience; Four or more years of advanced telephony or data industry experience and project management experience in order operations; Five or more years of experience in telecommunications and order management or order operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Familiar with Spectrum Business fiber-based products and services; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Expert in order management processes and business rules; Presentation, organizational, prioritization, relationship building and English communication skills.
Abilities: Ability to analyze and interpret data.
