Enhancing the Seller Experience: Actively supporting and simplifying the seller experience, making every interaction more efficient and effective.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure sales processes and applications are aligned with broader business objectives and that data flows seamlessly across systems.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sales applications and processes, and recommending adjustments based on performance metrics and feedback from sales teams.
Technology Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of sales applications, including CRM systems and other sales technologies, to ensure they are optimized for maximum productivity and efficiency.
Innovative Leadership: Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement, providing guidance and motivation to team members and ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Sales Operations or Revenue Operations: 5+ years, with a focus on tools and technology.
Optimizing Sales Processes and Managing CRM Systems: 3+ years.
Management Experience: 2+ years.
Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: 5+ years.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint).
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales technologies.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of data integration and reporting tools.
Certifications: CRM Administrator certification (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Project Management certification.
Experience: Additional management or leadership experience (2+ years).
