As an Order Operations Resolution Manager, you will provide resolution on orders post sale to drive expedient removal of obstacles and ensure a positive client experience. You are responsible for working within our internal systems, partnering with boundary partners, and engaging clients to remove obstacles that are preventing orders from successful implementation.
How you can make a difference:
Ensure the efficient execution of service implementation within expected time frames.
Matrix managed efforts with internal departments to ensure SLOs are maintained.
Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues or problems preventing orders from moving through implementation; make recommendations for improvement.
Manage order resolution and escalation in a timely manner.
Serve as contact to boundary partners to resolve issues.
Provide high quality customer service.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Four or more years ofCustomer service, order entry; Four years Advanced telephony or data industry experience; Four years Salesforce; Five years of Telecommunications experience
Education: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills:
Proficient in all Order Operations processes
Knowledge of MS Office
Understanding of Spectrum’s product and service offerings
Abilities:
Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Maintain confidentiality
Build working relationships
Respond to inquiries from clients
Mentor and motivate others
Meet deadlines
