SUMMARY
The Email & ABM Marketing Specialist (ie: Customer Journey) supports company growth by executing targeted email and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across all stages of the customer lifecycle—including demand generation, lead conversion, retention, and win-back. This role will implement marketing initiatives using platforms such as Marketing Cloud, and 6sense/Demandbase, focusing on campaign execution, content deployment, and engagement optimization. The position reports to the Customer Journey Manager and collaborates with marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and deploy omnichannel marketing campaigns ( with email focus) that nurture prospects and customers through the entire purchasing journey (awareness, consideration, purchase, retention, and churn).
Execute targeted ABM programs for priority accounts, coordinating personalized messaging and content across digital channels.
Partner with internal teams to understand segment and account needs, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and audience preferences.
Support project management tasks for assigned marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, timeline tracking, and reporting status to stakeholders.
Monitor results, track conversion and engagement metrics, and adjust campaigns based on performance data and A/B test results.
Help create compelling, on-brand content for emails, web, and digital ads—ensuring consistency and impact.
Stay current on best practices in email and direct marketing, bringing ideas to improve results and customer experience.
Coordinate with vendors as needed for email, direct mail, or digital campaign execution.
Assist with the quality assurance of campaign assets and messages across all platforms.
Provide input on campaign reporting, performance trends, and insights to inform marketing and business decisions.
Contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline and enhance the customer journey, supporting lead generation and retention objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in email marketing or ABM a plus.
Experience running campaigns in Marketing Cloud, or similar tools preferred.
Strong project execution and organizational skills; comfort with multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with B2B, digital media, or advertising campaigns is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new marketing techniques.
