Contract Support Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
The Contractor Support Coordinator is responsible for UXID on boarding and off boarding of all contractor service partners. This position supports the Field Ops/CMT Manager with project management support related to contractor installation and drop bury related projects, reporting related to drop bury aging, contractor off boarding and badge returns and other departmental paperwork, administrative and office management services for a large department.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
UXID/Net IQ On Boarding of all new contractor employees
Create ticket for authorized personnel to have access to Self-Billing, VPN, firewall tickets, contractor dashboards and other system tools necessary for companies to track and manage performance
Submit ticket requests in Net IQ to request PID/VID for new technicians
Once PID/VID is assigned, CMT administrator assigns tech numbers for new hires
Verify new hires meet Spectrum eligibility requirements and have been approved by Crimshield Badging
Assist with on boarding of new companies and ensure they have all of the necessary items to complete installations
Create Ticket for contractor ICOMS and CSG profile for WFX work issuance
Update UXID and badging following all guidelines to reflect any contractor changes from one contractor partner to a different contractor partner
UXID Off Boarding of contractor employees
Notify Field Ops/CMT Manager of any contractor employee who no longer is approved to receive Charter work in order to retrieve their Charter Authorized Contractor badge, expired, non-renew notice from Crimshield or Terminated employee
Work with Contractor project manager and CMT Admin to ensure the following: Confirm that all CPE is accounted for and tech buffers are cleared ID badges are collected and returned to CMT Administrator for processing
Process back charges for unreturned ID badges
Confirm that system keys are collected
Confirm that vehicle magnets are collected and approve to be reissued to new hire replacement
Create Ticket to remove off boarded contractor from all systems
Off board contractor employee in UXID system and notate if no longer authorized to receive Charter work
Provide reporting to Field Ops/CMT Manager on All aging drop buries to drive completions within 5 days
Damage claims and customer escalations associated with Contractor work
Status of projects related to mass installs, installation and drop related contractor activity
Responsible for test account set up and provisioning of contractor compliant meters
Reviews Charter contractor meter servers to verify contractor compliance with Firmware updates and server standardization Analyzes and coordinates daily department activities to achieve established goals
Maintains department calendar and ensure to meet deadlines
Prepares meeting agenda, schedules department meetings and distributes minutes
Assists the department staff in scheduling conference calls and making travel arrangements
Responds to work requests from department staffs in timely and accurate manner
Assists the department staff in preparing and maintaining meeting materials, business presentations and other department files Provides general administrative and office management support
Performs data collection, analysis and reporting to Manager for decision making purposes
Drafts letters, correspondence, memos, charts, documents, tables, graphs, and plans as requested
Adheres to company policies and regulations
Performs other duties as requested by supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
Ability to type with speed and accuracy
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
Ability to work independently A

Knowledge of general office procedures
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE AND NUMBER OF YEARS
Administrative/secretarial work experience - 3

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $33.40. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
