Have you ever wondered how seamless project coordination drives the success of major fiber and coax construction initiatives? As a Service Coordinator at Spectrum, you will play a pivotal role in keeping residential and commercial site surveys and construction projects on track and on schedule. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will ensure projects move forward smoothly, directly impacting Spectrum’s ability to deliver reliable services.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Coordinate and track site surveys and construction project status for residential and commercial fiber and coax installations
  • Support the permitting process by serving as a subject matter expert and maintaining accurate reporting for permits
  • Schedule and monitor construction referrals to ensure timely completion
  • Respond to, route, and track requests and updates related to construction projects
  • Maintain construction management tools with current project statuses and notes
  • Monitor and report on required pole transfer activities
  • Adhere to applicable local, state and federal regulations and Spectrum policies

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Continuing education coursework in project administration or equivalent experience

Experience   

  • 2+ years demonstrated communication skills
  • 2+ years project coordination experience
  • Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and other industry-related software

Skills   

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks within established timelines
  • Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms, bend, talk, hear and use a computer
  • Proficient with office equipment including computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator and stapler
  • Knowledge of Spectrum products and services

  • Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E)

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $33.40. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
