The base pay for this position generally is between $60,900.00 and $97,700.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Looking for a chance to shape the future of talent acquisition operations? As the Supervisor for Recruiting Coordinators at Spectrum, you’ll guide a dedicated team to deliver consistent, high-quality support to field recruiting while driving workflow efficiency and responsiveness. Your leadership will directly influence the success of hiring across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage scheduling and workflow for recruiting coordinators, ensuring productivity and timely completion of tasks
- Respond to escalated issues, providing solutions or escalating to the Coordinator Team Manager as needed
- Motivate coordinators to achieve performance goals and meet service level agreement
- Deliver ongoing feedback, coaching and performance reviews to support team growth
- Recommend process improvements based on analysis of internal feedback and recruiting field team input
- Oversee interview and selection processes for new Recruiting Coordinator positions and lead training and onboarding initiatives
- Build collaborative relationships with Talent Acquisition Management leadership and internal business partners
- Serve as subject matter expert for applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes, resolving concerns quickly
- Compile and review metrics for process improvement, prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance through audits

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
- 3+ years in recruiting coordinator or other recruitment/human resources roles
- 1+ year utilizing Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Expertise in recruiting coordinator functions and recruitment processes
- Proven project management, analysis and problem-solving experience
- Ability to influence peers to achieve successful outcomes
- Strong professional communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Capacity to support and drive process and compliance
- Experience partnering with all levels of staff and management in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with diplomacy and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Skills
- Prior ATS experience (iCIMS)
