As a Human Resources Director, you’ll implement and manage human resources policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, employee relations, and equal opportunity compliance. You’ll use your HR mastery and industry knowledge to resolve complex HR issues within a fast-paced call center environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT OUR DIRECTORS HUMAN RESOURCES ENJOY MOST
Overseeing all aspects of employee relations; ensuring company policies are administered fairly and consistently
Ensuring legal compliance with all applicable local state and federal employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, and ADAAA to minimize risk/exposure to the company
Partnering with respective client group to understand business challenges and ensure effective and timely HR support
Managing organizational change
Overseeing recruiting and staffing process ensuring compliance with EEO, FCC, and Affirmative Action; designing and implementing employee retention strategies
Conducting employee investigations and overseeing all escalated employee issues, including ethics point reports

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Human Resource Generalist experience in a single or multi-locations environment: 8 years or more; management experience or relevant HR experience: 5 years or more
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior, or related field
Technical skills: Strong PC skills – expert in Excel & PowerPoint
Abilities: Communicate effectively with executive management and company personnel; demonstrated communication skills including public speaking; mentor, develop, and motivate team members; analyze and interpret data in order to build a business case; deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment; demonstrated knowledge of broadband services industry/subscription-based business model

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master’s degree in human resources or related field; certifications for human resource professionals (PHR, SPHR)
