As a Senior Data Insights Manager on the Operational Analytics & Insights team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of internal customers during all stages of the relationship, with responsibility for ensuring their success, overall satisfaction, and ability to achieve measurable value using our best-in-class solutions and services. To succeed, this candidate must possess the ability to build trusted business partner relationships, incorporate partner experience and feedback into overall product development, and identify expansion opportunities.
WHAT OUR SENIOR DATA INSIGHTS MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
- Serving as a trusted advisor, and internal advocate for a book of business partners
- Leading a cross-functional Relationship Management Team across Customer Operations, Inbound Sales and Retention and Digital teams
- Facilitating regular, executive-level meetings focused on executive needs, their organizational goals and objectives, and possible expansion opportunities
- Driving product utilization through training, with a deep understanding of the LOB business objectives, and technical expertise of how OAI solutions support their business objectives
- Developing and executing success plans for clients that outline their critical success factors and metrics for success, tracking progress and mitigate potential issues, while celebrating success through documented value stories and references served
- Surfacing and syndicating best practices in the use of standard operating procedures
- Representing the voice of the executive to inform the product roadmap and service delivery model
On a typical day you’ll support product teams by enabling the design and end-to-end delivery of automated reporting for a variety of product-focused business solutions. If you have in-depth business acumen and a sense of urgency to achieve results, this could be the role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Telecommunications industry leadership: 6+ years; Customer facing products and services environment: 5+ years; working within a data platform and data analysis environment: 5+; managing complex projects: 3-5 years; leading teams of data analysts and data scientists
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Technical skills: Demonstrated in-depth skills with SQL; in-depth understanding of design and implementation practices in Tableau desktop and server; knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles; effective use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Abilities: Manage complex and diverse projects simultaneously; manage development within a variety of technology stacks; adapt, learn, and continue to expand cable and IP product system knowledge; demonstrated understanding of problem resolution techniques and ability to find solutions; communicate effectively with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing; possess the ability to build trusted business partnerships, incorporate partner experience and feedback into overall product development and identify expansion opportunities, supervise and motivate others

- Education: Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
