BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You create and implement targeted learning and development sessions for our technical and sales teams. You work with teams in a classroom setting, in meetings and during online sessions. You ensure positive outcomes for the lessons you facilitate using an in-depth understanding of our processes and procedures.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Take the lead training role in projects, committees or team meetings and serve as a resource for complex technical issues.
Align training programs to the bigger picture company initiative.
Drive engaging activities, discussions and debriefs according to the facilitator guide.
Develop key individual skills by demonstrating industry expertise and company-specific knowledge.
Manage participants during training by tracking attendance and documenting strengths and development needs.
Maintain compliance for LMS prerequisite requirements and post-training duties.
Develop new techniques for focused lessons, learner engagement and classroom management.
Enhance existing course content by serving as an SME and partnering with the curriculum development team.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Five or more years of training experience at the professional level.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Expert in different learning approaches; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Prioritization, organizational, analytical, presentation and English communication skills.
Abilities: Track record of professional public interactions.
Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time. Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Preferred qualifications:
Leadership experience.
Participation in a professional industry association.

The base pay for this position generally is between $73,200.00 and $117,200.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
