The Associate Data Analyst is responsible for managing specific data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business. Responsible for assisting in creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. in order to provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure current business process documentation and SOX compliance
Evaluation and reporting of monthly business process execution
Manage intake and tracking of process/system bugs or enhancement requests (Includes ensuring clear documented issue or requirements)
Report on defined key weekly/monthly Finance Business Operations team performance metrics
Point for coordinating, documenting and tracking any required (business) user acceptance testing
Support Customer Experience effort by performing quality assurance auditing/testing of Finance Business Operations tasks and reporting results to leadership
Perform other duties as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Required Work Experience
1+ years of data analysis and reporting related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge/Experience w/ SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) Requirements 2+ years experience in documenting/managing business requirements and User Acceptance Testing 2+ years of experience with BI tools, including data modeling, data analysis, and SQL querying
