TITLE: BI Application Developer III (Multiple Openings)
DUTIES: Design, develop, and support new and existing business intelligence (BI) reporting solutions for Charter’s users. Report data into meaningful and accurate information. Develop, modify, enhance, and implement software systems and applications designed to support new or existing business initiatives. Develop reports based on specific business requirements. Use vendor tools to create monitors and alerts to highlight hardware and application issues. Build reports and dashboards utilizing MicroStrategy Suite including Architect and Developer tool; Web, Mobile, Office, Command and System Manager; and Object Manager. Write custom SQL queries for report building and data transformations. Design data warehouses using star schema architecture. Build iPad dashboards for data access and monitoring.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 7 years of experience: building reports and dashboards utilizing MicroStrategy Suite including Architect and Developer tool; Web, Mobile, Office, Command and System Manager; and Object Manager; writing custom SQL queries for report building and data transformations; designing data warehouses using star schema architecture; and building iPad dashboards for data access and monitoring.
Employer will also accept a Master’s degree in any of the above or related fields and 5 years of experience in each of the skills set forth above.
