BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You support a successful sales cycle and foster revenue growth by processing and responding to all pricing requests submitted by clients and internal teams. You work as part of a cohesive team supporting Carrier Sales and quoting services nationwide. You thrive in an office environment interacting with clients, partners and internal teams via email, web portals and client forms.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Develop knowledge of the telecommunications industry and our Carrier products and services.
Partner with internal team members to ensure a successful sales cycle.
Collect, analyze and evaluate large quantities of data while researching and determining building serviceability to complete quote requests.
Create and manage site surveys to complete installation.
Determine pricing by referring to established rate cards and quoting tools.
Maintain internal and external service level agreements within performance management guidelines.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: One or more years of telecommunications work experience; Two or more years of related sales or sales support experience.
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Technical skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skill; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Issue resolution and interpersonal English communication skills.
Abilities: Detail-oriented with the ability to understand complex issues and coordinate and manage simultaneous requests; Ability to work independently within a team environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce.
