BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

You establish and advocate for your assigned accounts and projects. You accurately complete all back-office administration and general account maintenance. You conduct research and investigations with internal teams to efficiently resolve issues and escalations. You communicate with clients and project stakeholders within an office environment in person and digitally. 

WHAT OUR CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT COORDINATORS ENJOY MOST

  • Conduct research to categorize and group clients for the purpose of quality control.
  • Assist with external or internal audits and respond to the regulatory or tax departments.
  • Communicate with clients to conduct surveys, resolve billing issues and account errors, inform on changes in benefits packages and general notifications.
  • Manage client information to ensure the alignment of parent and child accounts in Salesforce and billing systems.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through account reviews and monitoring aging reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Two or more years of client relationship management experience; Two or more years of Salesforce and ICOMS/CSG experience.
  • Education: Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
  • Skills: Effective prioritization, organizational, issue resolution and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Deadline-driven with ability to work independently while establishing long-term client rapport.
