As a Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the evaluation of assigned recruiting functions to identify areas for improvement. In partnership with HR and key business leaders, the Director of TA will oversee current and future talent needs in accordance with compliance and law related to hiring.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Work with VP of Talent Acquisition to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for business channels that accounts for hiring needs and current resource allocation.
Provide leadership guidance and oversight to our screening and selection processes including evaluation of potential candidates, determining hiring requirements, and ensuring compliance to all regulations that impact recruitment.
Develop and implement various recruitment strategies that support our employment brand and sourcing.
Evaluate recruiting efforts to continually improve the process and quality of talent brought into the organization.
Design and implement metrics that evaluate all talent acquisition programs and initiatives across the assigned recruiting function.
Develop ways to engage employees to be our employment brand ambassadors.

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
8+ years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
5+ years in a management role
Skills
Expert knowledge of recruitment technologies and trends including the labor market analysis
Expert knowledge of staffing and employment practices
Expert knowledge of social recruiting trends
Ability to focus on overall strategy of the region
Demonstrated business planning and forecasting skills
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication skills to be able to document, prepare and present executive level presentations
Organizational skills that allow for prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
Can analyze, interpret, and present data in a clearly and concisely
Work collaboratively with leadership at all levels of the organization
Can maintain discretion while handling confidential information
Skills in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
