Seeking to elevate the employee experience through effective HR support? As Manager, Employee Solutions Spectrum, you will manage and develop a team of HR Shared Services professionals, ensuring responsive service and high-quality results. By leveraging your leadership and analytical skills, you will drive superior customer service and impactful process improvements that directly enhance HR operations and employee satisfaction.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Guide and develop HR Shared Services staff by providing coaching, training and performance feedback
  • Oversee the Knowledge Management System, collaborating with specialists to ensure up-to-date information
  • Lead continuous improvement and implementation projects to optimize employee self-service and portal capabilities
  • Supervise Tier 2 support and escalate issues promptly while actively resolving concerns
  • Partner with reporting teams to ensure accurate metrics and analyze compliance data, recommending process changes
  • Apply expertise in HR, benefits and payroll policies to resolve employee issues efficiently
  • Conduct interviews and oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring a service-focused team

Working Conditions   

  • Office environment with minimal travel up to 15%

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent training, education and experience

Experience   

  • 5+ years Human Resources experience, preferably in an HR Shared Services or operations center environment

Skills   

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule 
  • Ability to problem solve in a high volume production oriented environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel and Word 
  • High level of analytical and process skills, problem resolution skills 
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • In depth knowledge of PeopleSoft, version 9.1 and CRM, version 9.2 preferred 
  • Functional knowledge of FMLA, STD and all other leave processing 
  • Prior experience supervising people and/or third party vendors 

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • PHR certification or continuous improvement experience

Experience

  • Project management experience
  • 2+ years management or leadership experience

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft version 9.2
