Spectrum is seeking a Facilitator to lead classroom, team, and online training experiences, manage all aspects of the learning environment and provide valuable feedback to participants. Your work will directly strengthen Spectrum’s teams and support our ongoing commitment to professional growth.
How You Will Make an Impact
Guide participants through classroom instruction, team meetings and online learning sessions to build skill sets
Manage learning environments by tracking attendance, addressing behavior and documenting participant performance
Prepare for and administer training sessions by organizing schedules, maintaining records and setting up materials
Complete LMS prerequisites and post-training duties, including evaluations and reporting
Lead activities, discussions and debriefs following facilitator guides to maximize learner engagement
Offer feedback and coaching to participants, supporting knowledge transfer and behavior change
Pursue personal development in facilitation, learner engagement and classroom management
Shadow training end-users to understand business application of skills

What You Will Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience
Experience
3 + years of experience in the functional area or business unit
1+ years of training delivery experience in a formal or informal setting
Skills
Read, write, speak and understand English
Critical thinking and analytical abilities
Effective prioritization and organizational skills
Clear and straightforward oral and written communication
Professional interaction with all levels of management, employees and the public
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Familiarity with various learning approaches
Confidence in delivering training to groups both online and in person
