Are you passionate about optimizing organizational effectiveness through innovative HR programs? Spectrum seeks a skilled HR Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on performance management and employee surveys. This role shapes how the company measures, enhances and supports employee performance and engagement, directly influencing business outcomes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Support the planning, coordination, benchmarking and administration of HR programs across all business units, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and change requests. Particilar focus will be in two areas:
Performance Management
Support the performance management team and process (goals, mid-year and annual reviews) including system design, training materials, resources, HR support, reporting and analytics
Follow established program management standards and maintain project documentation, status reports, and decision logs
Host project meetings and facilitate HR training sessions
Create and analyze reports, dashaboards and data throughout the performance cycle
Collobarte with stakeholders and share knowledge about HR programs
Partner with HRT to support system testing, implementation, and optimization for performance management processes
Employee Surveys
Support all company-wide employee survey programs (recruiting experience, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit surveys) including survey approach, design, management, trends, mailbox management, data analysis, and enhancements
Host project team meetings, identify appropriate tools, and leverage internal and external resources to ensure timely completion of projects
Partner to develop survey program materials including project updates, meeting and training decks, communications, user documentation, and results presentations
Collaborate with project team to facilitate HR and Leader training sessions
Partner with HRT to support system access for users and audit reports
Support vendor partnership, contracts, and financials for survey program
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
1+ years of HR-related experience
1+ years of project management experience
Skills
Experience supporting or managing HR programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, HR operations and HRIS platforms
Familiarity with program management methodologies, change management principles and governance practices
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, reviewing HR data and supporting compliance-related requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Skills
Working knowledge of Oracle and Medallia platforms
