As a HR Technology Program Manager, you’ll use HR technology expertise to support the projects, processes, and initiatives of Spectrum’s HR Line of Business customer population. WHAT OUR HR TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Acting as liaison between HR Line of Business customers and Corporate HR Operations by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved by technology
Serving as subject matter expert and ensuring effective management of current systems, processes, and programs through understanding line of business-specific needs and analyzing/assessing system capabilities
Developing business requirement definitions and functional specifications for application development, modifications, and/or configurations
Conducting workflow analyses, evaluating system changes required to support line of business-specific HR functions, and designing and implementing test plans to validate those changes
Adhering to SDLC, HR Technology change control practices/processes, SOX policies and practices, and audit requirements and procedures
Managing and sustaining Line of Business HR relationships including maintaining awareness of strategic business direction and potential impacts to HR processes and systems
Acting as central point of contact for HR Operations issues that cannot be managed within the Line of Business
Performing other duties as requested

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
The ability to speak, write, and understand English
Working knowledge of Human Resources Operations across multiple functions
Demonstrated ability to apply a broad, integrated perspective when planning, problem-solving and assessing cross-functional impacts. This includes identifying critical steps, activities, and upstream/downstream impacts
Proven experience developing, verifying and writing business & functional requirements, applying configuration changes, conducting workflow analyses, and documenting test plans and scripts
Demonstrated experience executing test (QA) deliverables and certifying integrity of automated solutions and programs
Proven interpersonal, written and public speaking skills with ability to communicate complex information to all levels of the organization
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience with in-depth knowledge and working understanding of enterprise - wide HR systems and Applicant Tracking systems (iCIMS, Greenhouse, Oracle) 8+ years
Preferred Qualifications
ICIMS or other Applicant Tracking Software experience
Experience with writing requirements for and testing API’s (Application Programming Interface) in Python
Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
Human Resources Information Professional certification (HRIP)
Microsoft proficiency and advanced excel analytical skills strongly preferred
