BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Lead Billing Analyst, you will manage and coordinate billing platform including but not limited to: researching functionality inquiries, managing enhancement requests, and providing support for billing system changes. This position assists the Billing Operations Management team by compiling data and producing reports to monitor service level agreement (SLA) adherence, track departmental activity and recommend process improvements. This position has extensive interaction with Charter personnel, billing vendors, and other external contacts.


WHAT OUR LEAD BILLING ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • With limited direction, maintain and validate parameters and configuration to ensure continuity and system integrity on the Production billing platform, report updates to Billing Design
  • Subject matter expert to CSG DNA Snowflake, Ascendon CCS, ACSR, Product Configurator
  • Leads Technical Initiatives for Billing Operations Team and supporting Billing Operations management by, but not limited to, validation of testing for enhancements prior to implementation to ensure daily operations are not adversely impacted
  • Provide executive level reporting and dashboards from all areas of the organization
  • Leads team on triaging single account production issues with Core Cable, HSD, Voice Production and Seamless Entertainment by assuming mentorship role with other team members to share knowledge and contribute to the fulfillment of departmental goals
  • Ability to delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to team with limited involvement from Management

On a given day you’ll assist the Billing Operations Management team by compiling data and producing reports to monitor service level agreement (SLA) adherence, tracking departmental activity, and recommending process improvements. You’ll excel if you are able to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment to meet deadlines.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Database reporting tools, Macros, queries, SQL: 7 years or more; billing system platform experience: 5 years of more; business operations analysis; Core biller knowledge; telecommunications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent training, education, experience
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point; Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple activities; Demonstrated research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge base of the biller ranging, but not including taxation, cards, provisioning, payments, other department processes, etc.; Demonstrated understanding of billing platform workflows, interfaces and related functionality
  • Abilities: Work within a fast paced, high change environment to meet timelines; Be a consistent high team performer; Assume a mentorship role with other team members as needed to share knowledge and contribute to the fulfillment of departmental goals
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
