Our Leadership Facilitator works with internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and facilitate the implementation of training and coaching to support Leaders in developing their capability. They play a key role in performing all administrative duties that facilitate leadership development throughout our organization.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Leadership Facilitator, you’ll be responsible for implementing and executing leadership initiatives while providing guidance and feedback for consistent delivery of company-wide programs. You’ll deliver leadership programs aligned with company goals and strategic direction. You’ll also be responsible for learning facilitation for middle management from Supervisors through Sr Directors. This job requires at least 5 training delivery experience at professional level and at least 2 years of leadership training experience. WHAT OUR LEADERSHIP FACILITATORS ENJOY MOST
Facilitating learning to Supervisors through Senior Directors
Using a variety of delivery methods to develop participants' skill sets
Managing the classroom and participants during training by tracking attendance, addressing inappropriate behavior, and documenting performance
Following facilitator guide to lead learners through appropriate activities, discussions and debriefs
Seeking input from and provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change
Incorporating business expertise to bring key points to life and seek learner engagement
You’ll be implementing and executing leadership initiatives while providing guidance and feedback for consistent delivery of company-wide programs. You’ll participate in task forces, committees, and work one-on-one with learners to identify areas of strength and opportunity. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Training delivery experience at professional level or equivalent 5+ years. Experience delivering leadership training and/or leading a team 2+ years
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience
Technical skills: Can effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Skills: Skills in teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentation. Advanced skills relating to the functional area and or business unit
Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can deal with public in a professional manner. Can maintain confidentiality of information. Can make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Can manage multiple projects to meet implementation target dates. Can prioritize and organize effectively. Can show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties. Can work independently and with a group. Can use an internal consulting model. Can assess needs and create business and performance objectives
Travel Ability: Office environment.
