SUMMARY
As a Manager of Optimization on the Advertising Operations team, you’ll work with Sales to make sure they have the data, information and materials needed to support the sale of our innovative multi-screen product portfolio. Your creativity and attention to detail will provide essential partnership support, setting up our teams and business for success. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing assigned market/s providing pre-sales support to local advertising sales teams Interviewing, selecting, and onboarding of Optimization Specialists
Regularly meeting with Sales management
Managing market trade requests and needs
Assisting in market reporting that is requested

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 1+ year of supervisory experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Technical Skills: Strata View, Pilot, TIM and/or CRM and other advertising platforms
Skills: Knowledge of Ad Sales products and operations
Abilities: Multi-task, problem solver, attention to detail
