Job Summary
Do you excel at motivating teams and crafting strategies that keep customers engaged? As Manager, Business Customer Solutions at Spectrum Business, you will oversee daily operations of in-house customer solutions teams, guiding their performance to meet customer, unit and revenue retention targets. Your leadership will shape customer experiences and drive results that fuel Spectrum Business’ ongoing growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead customer solutions teams by monitoring and evaluating supervisor and agent performance
- Develop and execute retention tactics to boost customer loyalty and minimize churn
- Identify opportunities and gaps by analyzing retention programs and customer profiles
- Collaborate with marketing, care and sales teams on business case development for retention efforts
- Assess retention offer mix to protect revenue and reduce churn
- Implement incentive programs to reward retention achievements
- Produce and present weekly retention performance reports to senior leadership

- Travel required, approximately 15%
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree, customer service or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in consumer credit/collection business management
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Knowledge of cable television products and services
- Knowledge of cold call sales skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience
Skills
- Knowledge of cable television and associated billing systems is strongly preferred
