BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You identify, evaluate and develop cost-effective systems and procedures that meet user requirements. You select, lead and develop a team of technical experts to complete system enhancements that improve productivity while reducing costs. You align all developed policies and procedures to support the corporate vision. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Lead initiatives that analyze complex business issues and create automated systems solutions.
Provideexpertise or select subject matter experts to identify, interpret and provide recommendations on company systems.
Align policies and procedures to support the company vision.
Ensure efficient department operations by selecting, developing and regularly evaluating the team.
Mitigate risks by evaluating new applications and identifying systems requirements.
Prepare communications and facilitate presentations to inform teams and leadership on system enhancements or alternatives.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Two or more years of management experience; Five or more years of business systems or IT-related experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Expert knowledge of our business and systems; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills:Leadership, prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
Abilities: Ability to lead multiple projects while analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas of opportunity.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
