Spectrum is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to lead a team dedicated to delivering sophisticated data analysis and reporting that empowers leaders across the company. How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead a team responsible for reporting and analyzing a wide range of data to support business objectives
Pinpoint areas for improvement by interpreting trends and proposing new products or operational enhancements
Manage high-profile projects by resolving key issues and collaborating with senior management for timely outcomes
Conduct complex analyses to deliver solutions for various business needs
Capture, develop and document data definitions, business rules and quality requirements
Integrate data from multiple sources to provide requested or essential data elements
Develop forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests and dashboards that inform business decisions
Communicate insights, operational impacts and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Experience
5+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify business opportunities
Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
Ability to engage with all levels of management and company personnel
Ability to prepare and present data-driven presentations
Proficiency with software applications such as Word and Excel
Ability to supervise and motivate others
Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
Expert knowledge of SQL
