Join Spectrum as a Manager of Network Hardware Installations. Lead a team in executing critical infrastructure projects, including routers, switches, and cabling. How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of technical project and program managers to achieve high performance and strong collaboration
  • Oversee execution of multiple technical projects and programs, ensuring scope, schedule and budget are integrated and managed effectively
  • Support the standardization and consistent application of project management processes, tools, methodologies and governance across all initiatives
  • Allocate resources strategically across projects and programs, balancing workloads and aligning with organizational priorities
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to achieve timely, within-budget project objectives and success metrics
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on program performance, risk management and outcomes
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex project and program challenges

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Experience   

  • 3+ years of technical project management experience

Skills   

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience using project management applications
  • Proven leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Skills

  • Understanding of network infrastructure and equipment installation lifecycle
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, cabling, and related hardware
  • Knowledge of change management and implementation controls
  • Executive communication
  • Customer/stakeholder relationship management
