Under direct supervision, this role is responsible for implementing strategies, programs, and processes to support the Organization Effectiveness (OE) team. This position is primarily focused on Performance Management supporting the overall process and supporting the program lead. This position may support additional talent processes such as Talent Planning, Employee Surveys and Development Planning.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the employee experience.
  • Manage the Performance Management project plan, ensure that all tasks are captured in the project plan, proactively manage upcoming tasks and ensure deliverables are competed successfully
  • Escalate any concerns in a timely manner
  • Facilitate conference calls and virtual sessions to educate HR partners on key OE initiatives
  • Act as key point of contact for OE mailbox(es) (e.g., issue identification and resolution)
  • Create and/or maintain presentations, reports, training, reference guides and communications
  • Research and benchmark specified topics related to Organization Effectiveness and support the overall OE initiatives and programs
  • Identify and implement process improvements by consolidating, reviewing and analyzing data to determine more efficient solutions
  • Provide other project management support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and programs
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to facilitate effective working relationship with HR partners
  • Demonstrated communications skills (verbal and written) necessary to foster productive relationships across the company
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding and ever-changing work environment
  • Experience in delivering presentations to groups and/or senior level leaders
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical skills

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
HR consulting experience preferred

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
2-3 years of HR project/program management or consulting experience (Performance Management preferred)

Preferred Education
Master’s degree preferred

Office environment
Travel - up to 20%
