Do you thrive on turning complex projects into seamless results by bringing people and plans together? As a Project Manager at Spectrum Field Operations, you will guide projects from initiation through completion, coordinating efforts across teams to deliver results on time and within budget. Your expertise will ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high quality standards, driving tangible outcomes for our continued success. 


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure Field Operations projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, meeting quality standards and leadership expectations
  • Facilitate and drive the completion of key project deliverables and priorities by coordinating tasks and resources across multiple teams
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining milestones, timelines and resource needs while performing quality reviews throughout the project lifecycle
  • Serve as the primary project contact to gather stakeholder requirements, define objectives and manage relationships with internal clients and business units
  • Coordinate communications among stakeholder groups to address project scope, risk, budget and resource impacts
  • Identify risks and opportunities, proactively manage conflicts and recommend creative solutions, escalating issues when necessary
  • Track project costs, performance, service levels and provide status reports to leadership and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 
Required Qualifications

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent

Experience 

  • 1 + years of project management experience 

Skills 

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple assignments and projects
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
  • Effective critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data 

Preferred Qualifications 
Education 

  • Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
