BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
You focus on exceeding client and stakeholder satisfaction with every project you complete. You plan, manage, monitor and report on all aspects of assigned projects while serving as the main point of contact. You implement project management best practices to ensure accurate project details, data collection and reporting. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Provide detailed planning, management and monitoring for every step from concept to completion for assigned projects.
Monitor daily operations and gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure project success.
Implement processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Submit status updates and gather feedback through meetings for leadership to leverage.
Track costs, performance SLAs and other metrics to meet project goals and objectives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Two or more years of project management experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Effective prioritization, organizational, critical thinking and English communication skills.
Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to independently analyze and interpret data while completing multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to develop working relationships with peers.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification.
