Spectrum is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate across business units, interpret intricate data and guide process improvements that align individual functions with company goals. Your insights will help shape future strategies and support effective business planning.
How You Will Make an Impact
Partner with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational objectives
Assess structure, policies and operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced planning
Compile, analyze and present complex data to support decision-making on current and future operations
Create detailed reports, charts and presentations to propose strategies for successful business changes
Develop project estimates by identifying phases, required personnel and associated costs
Analyze external market dynamics and data sources to uncover trends and present actionable recommendations to management
Recommend improvements that leverage new technology or alternative applications of existing systems
What You Will Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
5+ years of business analysis or related experience
Skills
Read, write, speak and understand English
Independently work and in a team collaborative environment
Prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data
Quick identification of business problems and opportunities
Strong oral and written communication skills
Communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
