Be part of the connection:
You and your team will engage across all functions of Spectrum Business to provide critical support to the creation and approval of transformational as well as transactional programs. You will lead the process and care for the tools that pull it all together. You focus on supporting all Spectrum Business departments to enable them to achieve their goals. You excel as a strategic partner by engaging with leaders to develop roadmaps, short- and long-range priorities, support budget development, and the management of the end-to-end intake process. You also Program Manage special programs and projects as needed.

  • Excel at managing a team that ensures the successful integration of governance processes and policies and engages with senior leaders to align priorities with the strategic needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with IT, corporate planning functions, each business department, and other teams to deliver plans.
  • Maximize efforts by conducting briefings and presentations as required to keep leadership informed and to secure decisions.
  • Thrive in an office environment, travel infrequently, and are available for calls outside of normal business hours to achieve company objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-7 years of project management experience and 3+ years of experience managing a team of project managers
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Skills: History of translating and synthesizing data and complex information into a compelling narrative.
  • Abilities: Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
