As part of the Sales Operations organization, the Sr. Account Lead serves as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day management of high-value clients, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly and in alignment with the client’s business objectives. This role works in close collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners to deliver strategic solutions and leverage Spectrum’s full suite of advertising solutions.

Campaign Strategy Development: Work closely with sales to understand client business goals, develop strategies and recommend comprehensive advertising campaigns that align with their KPIs and objectives.
Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s advertising products and capabilities to effectively match client needs with the most appropriate solutions.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from CNA through to delivery and optimization, ensuring campaign meets goals and expectations of clients
Communication Lead: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with account team, ensuring clarity of goals and purpose
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are executed according to the agreed strategy and that all teams are aligned with client objectives.
Strategic Growth: Identify and present opportunities for clients to deepen their usage of Spectrum products, based on client needs and objectives.
Relationship Building: Where applicable, develop and maintain strong relationships with client, understanding their goals and positioning the company as a strategic partner.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications:
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously. Able to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to clients and sales.
Proficiency in translating data, information, and research into powerful points of view and a compelling story.
Knowledge of advertising products and the ability to recommend the best solutions for client needs.
Understanding of campaign development, metrics, and optimization strategies
Experience and knowledge of research databases, tools and applications, including, but not limited to, SalesForce, Nielsen, Scarborough, MRI, Kantar, BIA/Kelsey, eMarketer and comScore, Google Analytics.
Comfortable presenting to both internal sales leadership and external clients
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as SharePoint
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience- preferaby in Communications, Marketing or Business
