Enhances: Actively supports efforts to simplify and enhance the HRBP and employee experience through HR initiatives.
Plans & Executes: Plans, manages, and monitors multiple HR projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives.
Delivers: Completes projects on time while meeting high-quality standards.
Partners: Meets with internal customers to provide updates, gather feedback and prepare recommendations to inform critical decision-making.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment: This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience
5+ years in project management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an HR function.
Experience with handling sensitive and confidential data.
Proficient in Excel to include functions such as pivot tables, sorting, basic formulas, and V/XLOOKUPs
Keen attention to detail with ability to pick up on data inconsistencies
Technical Skills
Proficiency in computer and software applications: Your tech-savviness will streamline operations and boost efficiency.
Data analysis and interpretation: Your ability to turn data into actionable insights will be a powerful asset.
