BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
The Senior Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Senior Director, Human Resources and will be responsible for providing tactical, strategic, and analytical partnership on a wide range of initiatives to support their assigned client group.
WHAT OUR SENIOR HR MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Consulting with business leaders and employees, leveraging data to provide guidance and solutions to issues.
Partnering with respective client groups to understand the business challenges, support talent recruitment and drive initiatives to reach business goals and objectives.
Collaborating/communicating with broader HR team members and key stakeholders to prioritize strategic initiatives, create new, and improve existing processes.
Overseeing all aspects of employee relations; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently.
Training and coaching people leaders on performance management, annual processes, career development while providing other necessary leadership tools.
Using knowledge of employee benefit programs to communicate and oversee annual enrollment.
The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of following, implementing, and overseeing human resources related initiatives in the areas of recruitment, employment, and employee relations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years of Human Resources experience
3+ years in a management role
HR Business Partner/Generalist experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
Skills:
Strong PC skills – expert in Excel & PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations.
Skilled in data analysis to support HR and/or business to make informed decisions.
Abilities:
Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
Capable of building strong relationships with peers, business partners and other stakeholders.
Travel Ability:
Limited travel
Hybrid Schedule:
Four days in-office weekly
