Looking to champion compliance and drive efficient post-employment processes? As Supervisor, Employee Services Center – Post Employment at Spectrum, you will oversee critical programs including arrest record and motor vehicle report monitoring, post-accident drug screening and DOT processes for employees. By ensuring timely notifications, robust reporting and adherence to legal and internal guidelines, your leadership will help maintain Spectrum’s standards and elevate service outcomes across the organization.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the post-employment team, support inquiries and process improvements
  • Provide excellent customer responsiveness to escalations from Human Resources (HR), HR Centers of Excellence (COE), business leaders, Legal, PSOC, leadership and employees
  • Lead and apply strong working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and stay abreast of changes
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of accuracy, courtesy and professionalism when resolving customer inquiries with HR technology tools, programs and policies
  • Conduct training sessions and maintain training materials for new and current employees
  • Supervise state-specific compliance processes and guide employees, business leaders and HR partners through required documentation
  • Monitor the timely completion of required post-hire tasks in the HR system of record
  • Ensure ESC meets required customer satisfaction results and adhere to service level agreements
  • Provide reports and reminders to audiences pertaining to deadlines, employees’ driving license statuses and tasks completion
  • Lead strong vendor relationships and elevate performance
  • Lead team and client groups through projects and change management
  • Respond to internal and external audit requests
  • Support leadership with area metrics, team performance, project deliverables, system issues root cause analysis and process change recommendations
  • Ensure required ESC process documentation is created and maintained

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent training, education and experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of proven HR experience and/or 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes unique hours of ESC - 8:00 AM ET – 6:30 PM ET, Monday – Friday
  • Ability to problem solve in a high-volume task-oriented environment
  • High level of analytical and process resolution skills
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • High degree of attention to detail, logical thinking and organizational skills
  • Exceptional ability to follow-up on outstanding or pending matters
  • Strong investigative skills
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams and vendors
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory issues and compliance programs
  • Previous experience working with multi-state shared services organization is desired
  • Knowledge of post-employment and DOT screening practices
  • Strong project management experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
