Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience

- 1+ year(s) of supervisory experience
Technical Skills
- Proficient with basic software like MS Office
Skills & Abilities
- Fluent in English.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in resolving customer service issues.
- Ability to effectively present data.
- Knowledge of industry products, services, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) post high school education preferred.
- 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
