This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsible for supply/demand management, analytics, and support to Charter initiatives. Develop and improve key metrics and processes and ensure supply continuity for Charter’s customers.


Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Provide weekly/monthly demand forecast based on received inputs from other organizations for key Charter products including monthly actuals and future forecasted items that come from other departments. Escalate or challenge the data that is received as part of the overall demand planning process. Prepare a weekly/monthly purchase forecast that supports the forecasted demand including all activities while ensuring the forecasted purchases covers the necessary targeted supply levels at the individual product level. Provide necessary weekly/daily/monthly reporting to external customers to ensure company alignment across the organization for key product items. Produce weekly/monthly vendor forecast files to the vendor community. Hold meetings to ensure supply continuity and escalate shortages to management timely. Work with Procurement in the creation of daily/weekly/monthly purchase orders. Ensure proper delivery dates are on all POs and the vendors have accepted the purchase orders. Take on additional duties as assigned to support the enterprise including any ad hoc analysis that may arise throughout the month


Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to gather comprehensive requirements and delivery results expediently Demonstrated personal computer skills in all Office applications with emphasis on Excel Demonstrated verbal, written and inter-personal communications skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working efficiently and effectively under deadlines Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced and rapidly changing environment Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and concepts Direct planning knowledge

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

Planning and reporting experience – 1 - 2

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Knowledge of cable systems and operations

Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years

SAP Systems - 1 Planning Tool experience - 1 Ariba systems - 1
