This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
Responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality operations across the regional supply chain network. This includes oversight of third-party vendors, standardizing processes across all vendor hubs, and maintaining quality from warehouse to retail to final customer delivery. This role is a key driver of quality assurance, root cause analysis, audit execution, and Lean/Six Sigma-based continuous improvement
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day guidance to third-party vendors.
Ensure execution of quality programs and drive measurable defect reduction across vendor operations.
Develop, implement, and maintain consistent quality standards and operating procedures across all vendor hubs to ensure uniformity, compliance, and performance alignment. · . ·
Conduct audits and inspections across facilities to ensure compliance with defined quality standards. Includes product quality checks, shipment audits, documentation reviews, and process assessments.
Lead structured investigations into quality issues. Apply problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, DMAIC) to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor run rates and key operational metrics. Analyze variances to identify inefficiencies or quality risks and recommend process changes.
Champion Lean manufacturing practices and process flow optimization in warehouses and plants. Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement tools. Green or Black Belt preferred.
Partner with regional teams and vendor partners to embed quality culture, conduct process training, and elevate overall operational standards.
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Expertise in quality systems, Lean/Continuous Improvement, and root cause analysis
• Experience standardizing processes across multi-site or multi-vendor environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); data visualization or analytics tools a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company policy
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, or Quality Management; or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
2+ years in supply chain quality, process improvement, or audit roles
Experience managing or coordinating third-party vendor relationships
Experience with standardized process implementation across distributed sites
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt highly preferred
