BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You ensure balanced sales territories and account modules for Sales Representatives by using our sale CRM tool. You adjust the CRM as a result of turnover and changes related to Sales management and representative staffing. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Administer territory strategy in alignment with the Sales Rules of Engagement.
Serve as an SME for Sales leadership on territory strategy execution within an assigned territory.
Optimize market coverage through territory design recommendations.
Perform regular one on one reviews and audits of Keep Accounts designations.
Support territory management user case queue requests, strategic planning and sales initiatives.
Regularly analyze, draw and implement territories in Sales CRM.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: One or more years of sales CRM experience using Salesforce; Three or more years of business operations experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills:Understanding of a sales CRM systems administration; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Skills: Knowledgeable of U.S. geography and demographics; Presentation, issue resolution and English communication skills.
Abilities: Ability to manage projects for internal clients and develop effective relationships with leaders at all levels.
Preferred qualifications:
Business or Sales operations.
Experience with territory optimization software or Salesforce.
Two or more years using Excel.
