How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with senior management to review curriculum and determine additional training needs
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend training solutions to enhance effectiveness
  • Implement training and leadership development programs with managers across the organization
  • Define objectives for all training initiatives and assess participant progress to provide coaching
  • Measure and analyze training outcomes to ensure goals are achieved
  • Coordinate with peer training managers for shared responsibilities and resource management
  • Manage logistics, schedules and external resources to optimize training delivery
  • Facilitate training sessions as needed and stay current with industry trends and techniques

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5 years of training experience
  • 3 years of management experience
  • 2 years of project management experience
  • Call center experience

Skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written formats
  • Ability to engage with all levels of executive, management and company personnel
  • Ability to interact with the public professionally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheets, databases and Windows
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Demonstrated judgment and initiative
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to lead and manage others
  • Advanced skills in assessing training impacts
  • Advanced knowledge of teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentations
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
  • Ability to use MS Office and other software applications

The base pay for this position generally is between $70,900.00 and $127,700.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
