As a Customer Service Credit Services Specialist, your focus is supporting internal and external customers with Credit Services matters utilizing various communication media. You’llwork to resolve issues and establish positive relationships with customers. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

Required Qualifications
Experience: Related field: 1 year, Collections or customer service: 2 years, Resolving difficult and escalated issues: 2 years
Education: High school diploma or GED
Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronic order entry systems
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
Schedule: Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to solve practical problems with a variety of variables
Effective multitasking and decision making in a fast-paced environment
Skill to present information to technical and nontechnical audiences

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $40.60. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
