How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead a team in reporting and analysis of business-critical data in collections, ensuring actionable insights for management
Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing data trends and provide recommendations for new strategy or operational enhancements
Manage high-profile projects, collaborating with senior leadership to resolve strategic issues and deliver timely results
Conduct in-depth data analysis to support a range of analytic solutions and integrate information from multiple sources to meet business needs
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and ad hoc analytics to communicate operational impact, trends and opportunities to stakeholders
Identify data quality issues and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely resolution
Review the accuracy of team outputs, coach team members to uphold high data standards and ensure compliance with reporting requirements

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Experience
3+ years of management experience
7+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
Skills
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
Capability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team
Proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines
Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data
Quick identification of business challenges and opportunities
Clear and professional oral and written communication skills
Ability to present data-driven findings to management
Expertise in software applications such as Word, Excel
Expert level SQL
Talent for supervising and motivating others
Strategic thinking to anticipate business needs and trends
Initiative in solving problems and making sound decisions under pressure

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
