Be part of the connection:
You lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to exceed their targeted goals through mentorship, sales training and feedback. You proactively manage new and existing enterprise accounts through strategic leadership and the successful coordination of resources.
How you can make a difference:
Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
Recruit, train, motivate and develop your team to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.
Conduct weekly sales team meetings and one-on-one reviews of activity and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and that processes are being followed.
Assess team strengths to assign high-priority clients to exceptional sales team members.
Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
Provide weekly summaries, forecasts and funnel reports for leadership to leverage.
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle through coordinated pre- and post-sale efforts.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
Experience: Three or more years of leadership experience in a competitive telecommunications and or inside sales environment; Five or more years of proven sales experience as a top performer.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies; Familiar with Ethernet, cloud, high-speed data and fiber services; Understanding of Salesforce, ICOMS, CSG or other billing systems.
Skills: Team management, team building, relationship-building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills.
Abilities: Ability to organize, implement and maintain sales goals.
Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Outreach, SalesForce and ShowPad
