SUMMARY
The Customer Experience team is built on four integrated pillars that work together to deliver a seamless, high-value advertising experience. Our Account Management pillar partners closely with Sales and advertisers to provide strategic guidance, data-driven multiscreen solutions, and actionable performance insights. The Execution pillar brings campaigns to life through Ad Operations, Media Content, Optimization, and Reporting, ensuring accurate delivery, quality control, and clear performance visibility. Supporting these functions, our Process Design, Development & Continuous Improvement pillar standardizes end-to-end workflows to drive clarity, efficiency, and consistency across the organization. Rounding out the department, Optimization Design develops smart optimization rules and campaign analysis, while Implementation & Enablement tests new systems and processes and provides support across Customer Experience.

On any given day, you’ll find yourself balancing multiple competing priorities, collaborating with internal teams, and building relationships with key internal stakeholders.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the successful fulfillment and stewardship of advertising campaigns across Spectrum Reach markets. Manages day-to-day issues, serves as point of contact for escalations, and maintains business guides and process, ensuring their Operations team members effectively execute the day-to-day advertising campaign needs. The Supervisor, Ad Ops has direct contact with multiple cross functional teams and levels of the company and at times direct client contact
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Supervise a team of Ad Ops Specialists engaged in the day-to-day digital fulfillment process for digital campaigns.
- Engage team and vendor partners as needed on delivery of campaigns, ensuring campaigns are scheduled and executed accurately.
- Serve as a subject matter expert as it relates to industry best practices, troubleshooting campaign-specific issues, and identifying trends.
- Serve as escalation point on campaign and fulfillment issues, tracking issues through to resolution.
- Supervise accuracy and productivity of Operations teams.
- Oversee the review of daily and weekly advertiser campaign reports to track performance against guarantee and ensure teams are addressing campaign delivery issues.
- Identify, uncover, and quickly resolve issues with campaigns and communicate plans with impacted parties.
- Support and coordinate training process and rollout of new products and platforms (such as ad servers, order management systems, etc.) to ensure proper execution of order processing and technical fulfillment
- Partner with necessary resources to test features and functionality of new products in each market.
- Articulate to management opportunities to create and enhance workflow.
- Maintain updated operations training materials for use by Operations, Sales, and external staff members.
- Participate in the education of internal and external team members and ensure proper rollout of all new tools, process, and techniques.
- Review and ensure vendor invoices align with monthly financial expectations.
- Escalate and alert management of campaign trends and issues.
- Focus on quality, timeliness, efficiencies, and process is critical.
- Responsible for providing direction and leadership, hiring, training, development, and performance management of the team of Digital Ad Ops Specialists.
- Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment; pathological attention to detail
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other site analytics tools
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to influence and build relationships in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new applications/processes/products quickly
- Ability to solve practical problems and be able to live in the grey area when no black and white instructions are provided
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Extensive phone interaction with both internal and external customers
- Sense of urgency to requests and strong ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with ad management systems such as DoubleClick, OAS, Cadent, FreeWheel, Innovid, Sizmek
- Familiarity or work experience using third party inventory providers, real time bidding, programmatic
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and/or education experience
