Looking for a sales role where you connect with clients and drive business growth? As a Partner Channel Associate at Spectrum, you’ll work with commercial clients, channel partners and internal teams to deliver voice, data and video solutions. Your actions directly support customer satisfaction and company success, making a measurable difference every day.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Manage installation processes and coordinate with field operations, end user customers and channel partners to achieve monthly quotas for completions and connections in COAX data, phone and video sales
  • Support and enhance customer experience by simplifying processes and ensuring product and service completion for new customers in your region
  • Generate leads through telephone outreach, premise visits, networking and industry events to expand Spectrum’s client base
  • Maintain accurate sales databases to track sales activity and customer information
  • Collaborate with the Account Management Team for seamless handoff of installed accounts and ongoing client retention
  • Partner with business services support groups including sales support and marketing to optimize sales outcomes
  • Focus on Agent-sold clients to ensure completion rates align with company metrics and attend required sales meetings and training session

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

  • Associate’s degree

Experience   

  • Prior experience in operations or other aspects of a services provider industry

Skills   

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Sales experience in a quota ownership environment
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in technology sales
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively in a team setting
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Multitasking skills and efficiency within deadlines
  • High level of organization
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with Agents both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry sector
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience

  • 2+ years sales experience exceeding revenue quotas in the telecommunications industry, preferably selling data, voice or video solutions
  • 2+ years sales experience in a quota ownership environment

Skills

  • Experience calling on Agent Channel Partners
  • Business-to-business sales experience engaging with executive level decision makers
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience
