BE A PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Construction Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to manage all construction activity in assigned RDOF state with an estimated budget of $100M - $300M and a team of approximately 20 employees. You will also develop RDOF state construction teams and secure and support construction contractor resources to meet construction schedule and FCC milestones in all areas.

Management and leadership experience will greatly help you in this role as this will be your primary goal. While working closely with Design, Legal, Government Affairs, Procurement, Customer Operations, Marketing and Corporate Leadership to plan and execute overall projects, your leadership and skills will assist in expanding Charter’s growing network.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Construction and/or engineering management experience of at least ten years, construction project management experience of at least seven years, leadership experience of at least five years
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Technical Skills: Superior knowledge of FTTH, HFC, and IP Networks, knowledge of all FCC compliance reports and other rules and regulations, superior knowledge of applicable local and state rules and regulations, superior knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, both federal and state, knowledge of Electronic theory, knowledge of Federal Communications Commission regulations, demonstrated knowledge of Fiber Optic theory, knowledge of National Electric Code and National Electric Safety Code
Abilities: Able to handle multiple projects and tasks, able to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure, able to supervise and motivate others, able to use personal computer and software applications
Skills: Able to communicate in a professional, clear, and concise manner, excellent leadership skills, well-organized
