How You’ll Make an Impact
Direct daily and strategic operations for third-party repair vendors, ensuring accountability and managing escalations including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Develop and implement a multi-year supply chain strategy to support growth, optimize costs and enhance customer experience by improving operational flow and reducing cycle times
Collaborate with regional teams, third-party partners and planning teams to ensure timely fulfillment, proactively manage inventory splits and resolve material constraints
Lead the home ship initiative to guarantee timely, accurate and cost-effective deliveries that align with demand and regional operations
Oversee creation and deployment of operational dashboards, tracking metrics like delivery performance, cost per shipment, quality issues and turnaround times to identify improvement opportunities
Champion standard operating procedures across supply chain hubs and vendor sites, sharing and implementing best practices for consistency and compliance
Partner with operations, customer care, engineering and finance teams to align planning with execution, communicating requirements to product and technology teams
Initiate and drive efficiency and cost-reduction projects while maintaining high service levels across supply chain functions
Conduct routine site visits to evaluate operations, lead process audits and reinforce accountability to Spectrum standards

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field
Experience
7+ years of supply chain operations, logistics or vendor management experience
5+ years of leadership experience with P&L or strategy responsibilities
Experience managing third-party partners and enforcing SLAs
Experience with operational dashboards, root cause analysis and strategic planning
Skills
Strong data-driven decision-making abilities
Ability to drive accountability with vendors
Expertise in process improvement and operational audits
Effective leader and communicator across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree
