The base pay for this position generally is between $55,600.00 and $88,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Looking for a role where your analytical skills can drive meaningful financial insights and decisions? As an Associate Business Planning Analyst at Spectrum, you’ll coordinate budgets, reforecast expenses and analyze operating costs to support financial planning and performance. Your work will help shape the future of Spectrum’s financial operations and deliver measurable impact across the business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate and monitor budgets, reforecasting and operating expense analysis to achieve financial objectives
- Assist in preparing and reviewing reports and analyses that inform key business decisions
- Analyze data trends on operational budget spend to support the team in meeting performance targets
- Gain proficiency in financial models to forecast results and evaluate outcomes
- Identify cost savings opportunities through thorough analysis
- Create updated operating expense forecasts to reflect changing business needs
- Conduct variance analysis and monthly reviews of financial statements to uncover trends and insights

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 0+ years of business planning, financial analysis or related experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to quickly identify business problems and opportunities
- Ability to communicate clearly in oral and written form
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and personnel
- Knowledge of software applications including Word and Excel
